The radiation from the sun’s exposure and the effects they have on a person’s everyday life have many effects. UVA rays make up the majority of the suns exposure. Some people think that tanning beds help protect you from skin damage but it doesn’t due to the fact tanning beds also use UVA rays.

UVB rays are the rays that causing sunburns and some damage to the immune system. These rays also can contribute to skin cancer. Even though UVA rays are most visible UVB are the more dangerous than UVA rays.

UVC rays are blocked by the ozone layer which is a good thing cause UVC rays are the most dangerous rays

Basically rays are form of light coming from UVA, UVB, UVC or even tanning beds, if one of your triggers to you migraines is sensitivity to light then you may need some sort of protective eyewear to help block the ray from triggering a migraine.
