No matter what season it is there will always
be the shinning rays from the sun. The ultra
violet rays and light sensitivity is known as
one of the many triggers to migraines. Seeing

way you can avoid it, is as some say become
a night owl, you can get a third shift, often
called graveyard shift. This helps you by going
into work after dark and usually getting home
before daylight or right at daylight then your
sleeping would be during the day and when you
wake up it will be dark or about to become dark.
Then you have several hours before your due
in at work again, basically you can go shopping
or whatever and avoid the sun all together.
Not everyone is up to being a night owl due
to the fact that it can and will cause stressful
situations such as social life including family
gatherings and such. Seeing how stress is another
key factor in triggering migraines you would
have to just play it out and see if it works
for you.
As for the migraine sufferers that the sun
is a major factor in triggering your migraines
you must know that the glasses are very vital
to prevent your migraines from occurring. When
shopping for the sunglasses for you shop wisely
and make sure you wear them when the ultra violet
rays from the sun are to strong and starts to
trigger a migraines occurrence.
