TITLE
What to do During a Headache
When suffering from a Headache
it is best to not take it out on any one. Remember
that by taking your pain out on someone else
only causes them to get a Headache.
During a Headache it is best to
separate yourself from whatever is causing the
Headache, unless it is your children or boss.
Then you just have to take some medicine and
wait for it to kick in.
One thing to do is to try to find
a quiet place for a few minutes and just relax,
dont thing about anything, dont
listen to any music, and make sure to be in
a room with a lockable door so you can have
privacy to take a few minutes.
Driving with a Headache is ok as
long as you do not take any medication before
hand. The only problem with driving with a Headache
is you can develop a sudden case of road rage
and could end up causing more pain to yourself
then before you got into the car.
So when going through a Headache
it is best to remember not to take anything
out on someone else, put space between you and
the person(s) causing the Headache, and to keep
a cool head when driving.
Another thing you can do is take
a cold rag and put it over your eyes and lay
down. You will be able to relax more comfortably
and the cold from the rag cools the blood in
your face and reduces the amount of blood being
pumped through it.
Also you can try to sleep the headache
off if you are at home. Sleeping during a head
is like a double sided sword how ever, on one
side, you could wake up with out your Headache
feeling better and ready to continue your day.
On the otherside however, you could wake up
with a Headache even worse then before.
